To all the Sec 4s Band Members taking O Levels on 1st June!hello my dear juniors! you guys have been working hard for band for the past 3 years or so! and writing numerous irritating chinese/malay/tamil compositions, trying to finish up the retarded mother tongue workbook and busy memorising all the profound phrases and content for your oral, and blaaa *the list goes on*
yes yes, i know how it feels! you guys been through Ernest Wong's motivation workshop yeah!? HAHA. no matter how motivated you are, i know you guys WILL BE panicking for the mother tongue o level exam!
i am just here to tell you guys not to be afraid of ittt! =D it is the last sec 4 mother tongue paper u are going to take in your life, but when the question stares at you, STARE EVEN HARDER BACK AT THE QUESTION!
Points to note:
- read the question very slowly and carefully!
- plan out your compo before doing (=
- when doing comprehension, do read the question first before reading the passage! cos some question are quite common sense. by reading the passage first may cause u to think too much.
- DONT DONT PRESSURIZE YOURSELF!
- do dilligently and really, take things easy :D

Hello Band.There'll be no band prac tmr. As all the sec1s are going for camps and sec2s having post exams activities. and sec3s, sadly, still studying. nvrm, can be more prepared for End of Year Exam:]
However, I will still like to meet the Sls and Majors tmr. This is because I want to discuss with you guys about the performance and also the events coming up ( Hand over ceremony and Band exchange). Meet at 2I classroom after school. It wont take long.
Lastly, to all sec1s, do enjoy your camp. and take cares;] And the sec2s too, do enjoy the special programmes organised by the school. Sec3s, hang on there. few more days to holiday:] Take cares to all!

With Pride We Strike!
Good morning band.I hope all of you had a good rest after the long and tiring day. Do hydrate yourselves by drinking loads of water. And im here to nag about yesterday's practice.
Im not so pleased with the attendance yesterday. Why? is it because it's marching so most of you dont come? The attendance was just really terrible. Most of the sec2s and sec1s gone missing. I dont want this to happen again.
For those who didnt come for band yesterday, you guys miss alot, especially the sec1s.
The sec1s did basic marching which is very important. And for those who didnt turn up yesterday will have to catch up alot. The sec2 and 3, Mr daniel did basic marching too. But it's for precision. No longer the same like last time. We're trying to march together as A WHOLE BAND and look neat. And Im proud to say that those who came did very well.
If you people keep 'pon' band, then you'll miss the practices. then we will have to re-do the whole thing again and again. Which means, we'll always be doing the same thing maybe, forever? and never doing any new things? Im sure all of you dont want that, especially those who always come. So, PLEASE, dont always pon band.I also have people telling the teachers they want to quit. why? Is it because no one likes you in band? or you simply dont like band? Anyways, I cant force you not to quit, so yeah, up to you guys. but I really hope you guys dont give up your hopes on band.
Announcement: There'll be band prac during the June hols frm 8 to 12june 09. We're having an exchange with Springfield Band on 11th june and Hand Over Ceremony on 12th june. Further announcement will be made soon.
And to all members, I hope you get this drilled to your heads, and please encourage your friends to come. Lastly, take cares and drink alot of water and also eat well. Cya guys ard in school on mon.

Hello Band:]Im sure most of you have finish most of your papers. Like what geraldine posted, please go and memorise the 3 songs. It's important. And also practice will resume next week;]
It'll be good news to some and bad for others. But rmb, we have to start preparing for next year SYF! Like I've said many times, our aim next year is no longer silver. Our aim is GOLD.
So, let's together work hard for it?;D

Heys Band:]It's been quite long since I posted the blog :x
I counted and it has been 2 weeks of school WITHOUT band. Some of you said it's too long to suspend band practice and that you miss band prac. so so so very much. And some of you like it and appreciate it cause you guys hv time to study. Differ ppl have differ point of views;DD
I hope that you guys've been studying hard for your exams. Study study study then you can play and relax:] Im not so sure about the lower sec but im sure all the sec3s shld have done lyk 4 papers right? C'mon afew more papers than it HORR-AY!! Hahaha.
And also maybe at the same time you guys want to memorize the songs Geraldine posted on that thurs. which is Transformer and Babyboy. 2 nice songs;DDD
